Under his direction, the journal has developed a unique positioning, at the crossroads of academic rigor and managerial practice. He is also active as a teacher and author, contributing to debates on the evolution of management research and its role in society.

Dr Serge Besanger
Dr Serge Pierre Besanger teaches advanced modules on “AI in International Business & Global Strategy,” designed to help business leaders harness AI to enhance corporate competitiveness while preserving a strong human-centered orientation. His courses explore how AI technologies can accelerate global market expansion, optimize cross-border business operations, and improve supply-chain resilience, all while ensuring that innovation remains ethical, inclusive, and beneficial to people. A former senior leader at Leroy-Somer and Emerson, he directed global operations, particularly across Asia-Pacific, and secured major strategic partnerships that helped propel his firm to CAC 5 and Forbes 2000. Dr Esther DIGBA holds a PHD from the Centre d'études diplomatiques et stratégiques in Paris. Endowed with both technical and strategic expertise, she has shaped her academic and professional path around economic diplomacy, corporate governance, and the strategic role of multinational companies in international economic development.
Her engineering background in Computer Science, with a specialization in Networks and Telecommunications from the Centre d'Études de Formation en Informatique et Vision Enseignement in Abidjan, forms the technical foundation of her current role as a Capacity Planning Engineer. Working closely with entities linked to Orange CI, she oversees network demand forecasting in the Ivory Coast.
Driven by a commitment to promoting responsible governance, Dr Digba supports international organizations in their global expansion projects, ESG/CSR transformation, sustainable development efforts, and strategic partnerships-creating long-term value through a collaborative, innovative, and performance-oriented approach that is aligned with the best practices in CSR.
